[REJECTED] No Remote Connections
We do NOT accept remote connections of any kind. This includes:
  • GRE tunnels
  • VPN connections (IPsec, WireGuard, OpenVPN, etc.)
  • Any other encapsulation or tunneling methods
All connections must be established via direct cross-connects or layer-2 transport at the physical location.
[INFO] Virtual Machine Access
VM-based connections are available with the following terms:
  • 1G port: Free of charge
  • 10G port: Currently free, subject to future pricing
  • Cross-connect fees: Member is responsible for all XC fees charged by the data center or facility provider
[WARNING] No SLA Guarantee
CXIX operates on a best-effort basis with no Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees.

This is a community-driven project maintained by volunteers in their spare time. While we strive for maximum uptime:
  • No uptime guarantees are provided
  • No compensation for outages
  • Maintenance windows may occur without prior notice
  • Response times may vary
[REQUIRED] Technical Requirements
To connect to CXIX, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Valid Autonomous System Number (ASN)
  • Public IPv6 address space
  • Accurate and up-to-date PeeringDB records
  • Proper BGP configuration according to route server guidelines
  • Bring your own optics (BYOO) for cross-connects
  • Ability to establish physical presence at exchange locations
[IMPORTANT] Membership Approval
CXIX reserves the right to deny membership applications without justification. Networks must:
  • Demonstrate legitimate technical need
  • Adhere to internet peering best practices
  • Not use the exchange for purposes inconsistent with internet traffic exchange
  • Not use CXIX for L2 transport between data centers for non-peering purposes
